Meet the Founders

Hi, I'm Alastair -

With an focus on Business, Alastair’s journey has taken him across Australia, New Zealand, and even Chile — building experience in hospitality, business ownership, and client-focused service along the way.

For over 14 years, Alastair has owned and operated a successful property business, and more recently, he’s been helping buyers find their dream homes as a dedicated buyer’s agent. But that’s not all…

As a gadget enthusiest and a single dad to his daughter, Alastair saw the potential for practical, customized accessories — and teamed up with Honza to turn that spark into something tangible. Together, they co-founded 3D Kitchen Home Office, combining real-world kitchen insight with cutting-edge 3D printing.

Whether it’s helping customers enhance their daily routines or shipping smart designs across the globe, Alastair brings a wealth of experience, a keen eye for quality, and a deep passion for problem-solving.

 

And, I’m Honza –

With a Master’s degree in IT and a lifelong passion for innovation, I’ve always found joy in creating better solutions for everyday life. After spending years in the tech world – including working with brands associated with Apple, running server systems, and even launching my own ISP back in the Czech Republic – I’ve returned to my roots: hands-on creativity.

In early 2024, I started 3D printing as a hobby with just one machine. Within months, it turned into a full-time obsession and a 5-printer workshop dedicated to designing smart, functional accessories for modern kitchens and home offices.

Every product you see here is crafted with precision and tested in real-life daily use — often in our own family kitchen. From the Thermomix TM7 motor cover with the signature “V” (for perfect orientation and a nod to versatility) to custom storage solutions, my mission is to make your space cleaner, smarter, and more enjoyable.
